Abstract
- Selective detection toward Hg(II) and Pb(II) is described.
- The method is based on the selective adsorption of PPy/CNSs toward heavy metal ions.
- Detection limit of 0.0041 nM for Pb(II) and 0.0214 nM for Hg(II) were achieved and excellent sensitivity (0.113 μA nMâ1 for Hg(II) and 0.501 μA nMâ1 for Pb(II) were reached.
- Detection of metal ions in a real sample has been successfully demonstrated.
