Abstract
- Para-methylphenyl dithiocarbamate and its Cd(II) complex were synthesized.
- AC impedance measurements showed one semicircle attributed to grain conductivity.
- Conductivity increased with increase in temperature.
- The conduction activation energies for the complex were 0.463 and 0.964Â eV in low and high temperature ranges.
