Abstract
- Nanoporous alumina was fabricated by anodization in sulfuric acid solution with glycol.
- The AAO manufacturing on low- and high-purity Al was compared.
- The pores size was ranging between 30 and 50Â nm.
- No difference in the quality of the AAO fabricated on both Al types was observed.
- The current vs. anodization time curves were recorded.
