Abstract
- CuO nanoparticles were directly and homogeneously grown on carbon nanofibers.
- The obtained nanocomposite showed high electrooxidize activity to glucose.
- A nonenzymatic glucose sensor was constructed based on the functional nanocomposite.
- This sensor showed good performance to glucose.
- The proposed sensor was successfully applied in detection of glucose in blood serum.
