Abstract
The results point out, that post-combustion occurs at the junction and is strongly influenced by the grade of turbulence. The measured reduction of HC, O2 and CO, as well as the increase of CO2 can be reproduced in the simulation. Moreover, the temperature increase in the numerical simulation is similar as indicated by the measurements.
