Abstract
- Laminar methane flame velocity SL0 of CH4/O2/N2/H2O mixtures was measured and calculated.
- The effect of water dilution and oxygen enrichment was studied.
- Measurements and calculations were compared and discussed as a function of oxygen enrichment, water dilution and pressure.
- Correlations between SL0 and pressure for methane/air conditions were established.
- Correlations between SL0 and adiabatic flame temperatures were established for all the conditions studied.
