Abstract
⺠Developed a novel porous radiant burner (PRB) for domestic LPG cooking stoves. ⺠Obtained 75% thermal efficiency which is 10% higher than the LPG domestic cooking stoves. ⺠The CO and NOX emissions of PRB were in the range of 10-160 mg/m3 and 0-0.9 mg/m3, respectively. ⺠PRB showed steady operation with out any flash back.
