Abstract
⺠There exists synergistic effect in the co-liquefaction of coal and rice straw. ⺠The catalyst with strong acidity diminishes the synergistic effect in the co-liquefaction of coal and rice straw. ⺠The activity of catalyst in the co-liquefaction is different from that in individual liquefaction of coal and rice straw.
