Abstract
⺠V2O5/AC is very promising for simultaneous abatements of flue gas SO2, NOx and Hg at stack temperatures. ⺠The oxidation activity of V2O5 in V2O5/AC is crucial for abatements of these pollutants. ⺠AC promotes decomposition and reaction of ammonium sulfates that makes V2O5/AC more resistant to SO2 poisoning. ⺠Hydrothermal stability of V2O5/AC is higher than other metal oxide supported AC.
