Abstract
⺠Digested chicken manure filtrate (DCMF) was used to promote lipid production in C. protothecoides. ⺠Feeding higher nitrogen DCMF at cell growth phase enhanced cell concentration. ⺠Feeding lower nitrogen DCMF at stationary phase improved lipid content.. ⺠The strategies of DCMF supplementation coupled with glucose feeding maximized lipid production.
