Abstract
⺠Fractional winterization of beef tallow biodiesel was investigated. ⺠Saturated fatty acid content of beef tallow biodiesel was reduced by winterization. ⺠Cloud point, pour point, viscosity and density of biodiesel winterized were monitored. ⺠CP, PP and cold flow properties of the beef tallow biodiesel significantly improved.
