Abstract
⺠Drop tube pyrolysis was tested at 800 °C and 950 °C on 350 to 800 μm wood particles. ⺠Solid size impacts pyrolysis time and char structure but not final products yields. ⺠Temperature significantly changes individual gas species yields. ⺠Particle shrinkage can be observed along pyrolysis under all conditions tested.
