Abstract
⺠CO2 capture by lime-rich ashes from coal and coal waste combustion is studied. ⺠A statistical approach explores all the variables involved in carbonation ability of free calcium. ⺠High carbonation efficiency is achieved for both solids, capturing 8% of CO2 emitted.
