Abstract
⺠A new mathematical methodology is brought forward to objectively quantify the hydrocarbon pool fire flame tilt angle in a wind. ⺠A new dimensionless global parameter is brought forward to collapse the flame tilt angle. ⺠The proposed new global model can better converge and correlate the measured data than previous models.
