Abstract
► Evaporation rates of <100 μm alkane droplets at increasing temperature are shown. ► An almost linear dependence on gas temperature post droplet expansion is found. ► An infinite conductivity model shows good agreement at the peak temperature. ► For all other temperatures, predictions show poor agreement.
