Abstract
- We study the spatial structure and NO formation of laminar diffusion MILD flames.
- The MILD flame structure resembles the “standard” laminar diffusion flame structure.
- Changes in temperature and species fractions are 10 times smaller than in the “standard” flame.
- Negligible NO formation under the MILD conditions.
