Abstract
⺠The inhibition of CO2 on limestone calcination can be compensated by coal flame. ⺠Direct sulphation was pronounced at high SO2 concentration and excess calcium. ⺠The interaction between Si/Al and limestone was favoured in oxy-fuel mode.
