Abstract
⺠A 115-species skeletal mechanism for biodiesel with low-T chemistry was developed. ⺠Substantial reduction was achieved by improved DRGASA. ⺠The skeletal mechanism was well validated against the detailed model. ⺠The skeletal mechanism well predicted various experimental conditions. ⺠The skeletal mechanism is suitable for 3-D engine simulations with biodiesel fuels.
