Abstract
⺠We analyze basic properties of RBD soybean oil-butanol mixtures. ⺠Mixing rules are established for relative density, viscosity, and HHV. ⺠An exponential relationship is found for viscosity based on composition. ⺠Increasing butanol composition improves the PP, CFPP and CP. ⺠Butanol has the greatest influence on the CFPP and CP at mixture compositions <25%.
