Abstract
⺠Bitumen was modified with newly synthesized organic-based calcium and boric acid compounds. ⺠The stripping resistance of the bituminous mixtures was increased by additives. ⺠Low temperature cracking resistance of the bitumen was strengthened by them. ⺠Marshall Stability of the bituminous mixtures was increased. ⺠These additives are recommended to improve the roadway performance.
