Abstract
⺠Benzene used as co-reactant in the dehydrogenation of heavy paraffins improves conversion and catalyst stability. ⺠Swing trickle bed reactors coupled with catalyst regeneration provides higher yield of olefins than gas phase reactors. ⺠PtCu on structured alumina working in liquid phase produces more terminal olefins than conventional Pt/alumina catalyst. ⺠The dehydrogenation product used without fractionation in the alkylation stage for LAB productionshows promising results.
