Abstract
⺠The spray characteristics of gelled propellant in swirl injectors have been reported. ⺠Rheology of the gel simulant was tested. ⺠The spray patterns of gelled propellant from swirl injectors were found. ⺠Breakup length, spray angle and flow characteristics were measured. ⺠The effect of injector geometry on spray was studied experimentally.
