Abstract
⺠Effect of fuel properties on the injection rate in a Diesel injector. ⺠Increasing viscosity decreases the discharge coefficient at low injection pressure. ⺠Discharge coefficient increases with the pressure difference. ⺠Increasing density increases the mass flow rate. ⺠A new correlation is proposed.
