Abstract
⺠Complete optimization study of supercritical dimethyl carbonate method for biodiesel production. ⺠Optimized condition for supercritical dimethyl carbonate: 300 °C/20 MPa/20 min/42:1 molar ratio of dimethyl carbonate to oil. ⺠High FAME yield at more than 96 wt% and in compliance with international standards for biodiesel fuel. ⺠All important key parameters to produce a high quality biodiesel were discussed. ⺠Complete optimization study is very important to produce high quality biodiesel.
