Abstract
⺠Profiling of dynamic flame flickering using digital colour processing approach. ⺠Flame colour separation yields different frequency profile through FFT. ⺠External acoustic perturbation can be identified in the upstream flame region. ⺠Coupling between natural flame flickering frequency and the external excitation. ⺠Image technique suitable for pulsed combustion monitoring and diagnostics.
