Abstract
► We use laboratory data to validate two models for permeability prediction with depletion. ► Qualitatively, modeled results match the observed trends but the fits are not good. ► Our proposed modification to one model is able to match the laboratory data extremely well. ► We believe that the constancy of cleat compressibility needs further researching.
