Abstract
⺠The effect of asphaltenes on wax crystallization and gelation is studied. ⺠Equilibrium and rheological properties were evaluated. ⺠Rheological behavior was significantly influenced by the presence of asphaltenes. ⺠Chemical nature of asphaltenes played an important role.
