Abstract
⺠Steam methane reforming is performed by rapid compression-expansion. ⺠The process is modeled by a CISTR with detailed chemistry. ⺠Soot formation is relatively high in the experiments. ⺠Soot formation is not included in the models, leading to a difference in observed and modeled CO yield.
