Influence of microwave heating on the extractions of fluorine and Rare Earth elements from mixed rare earth concentrate

The recovery of total rare earth elements by leaching the sample treated with microwave radiation reaches 82.5%, which is much higher 47.4% than for that treated with traditional heating process under the same conditions.
