Abstract
âºAir jet mill is numerically modeled, and successfully validated by experiments. âºModeling of jet mill uses GAMBIT 2.3.16 and simulation uses FLUENT 6.3.2 software. âºThe effects of operating parameters on the performance of the jet mill are analyzed. âºThe complex grinding events in the jet mill could be visualized by the simulation. âºThe numerical results are found in good agreement with the experimental results.
