Abstract
⺠LLE for UCON + potassium citrate or (sodium or potassium) formate ATPS obtained at 23 °C. ⺠Salt effect: ÎGhyd and valence number can explain salt ability in ATPS formation. ⺠Polymer effect: more hydrophobic polymers are more effective in ATPS formation. ⺠Laccase partition occurred preferably to the bottom phase. ⺠UCON-salt ATPS can be a suitable biphasic system for laccase extraction.
