Abstract
⺠Phase equilibria of (naphthol + vanillin) systems have been studied for the first time. ⺠Eutectic type phase diagrams are obtained. ⺠Eutectic mixtures show nonideal behaviour. ⺠There is a weak molecular interaction between the components in the eutectic mixtures. ⺠α-Naphthol-vanillin eutectic is more stable as compared to β-naphthol-vanillin.
