Abstract
⺠We investigated thermal properties of two volatile chelates Re2(CO)10 and Re(CO)3(C5H5). ⺠The TG and DSC analysis for Re(CO)3(C5H5) was carried out. ⺠Thermal decomposition of complex vapour on heated substrate is studied. ⺠Temperature decencies of saturated vapour pressure were obtained. ⺠Complexes are viable precursors for CVD of rhenium metal coatings.
