Abstract
A Se analogue of PEDOT, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxyselenophene) (PEDOS), was electrosynthesized in aqueous microemulsion with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as surfactant and LiClO4 as supporting electrolyte. Electrochromic blue color conversion from deep (reduced) to light (oxidized) of PEDOS films in electrolyte systems (microemulsion, BmimPF6, acetonitrile) were compared.225
