Abstract
⺠Pd nanoparticles were doped onto TiO2 nanotubes by sonochemical reduction of Pd+2. ⺠The doping of Pd affected the ordered growth of polyaniline on TiO2 nanotubes. ⺠The doping of Pd increased the surface area of polyaniline. ⺠The specific capacitance of new electrode was 1060 F gâ1 at 2.0 A gâ1. ⺠The effect of Pd on the supercapacitive behavior of PANI was investigated by EIS.
