Abstract
⺠Amperometric lysine biosensors based on polyvinylferrocenium polymer and platinum nanoparticles were developed. ⺠Platinum nanoparticles deposited in polymer matrix significantly enhance the performance of the biosensor. ⺠Biosensors can be applied to the determination of lysine in pharmaceutical samples.
