Abstract
⺠Development of low cost voltammetric detector for determination of pyrazinamide using a screen printed modified electrodes. ⺠Poly-histidine films preparation and its application for electrocatalytic reduction of pyrazinamide. ⺠Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy applied for elucidation of pyrazinamide reduction process. ⺠Low detection limit, good sensitivity and excellent stability of the screen printed carbon electrode. ⺠Determination of pyrazinamide in simulated human urine without any pretreatment of the sample.
