Morphology control and high electrochemical performance of flower-like N-enriched porous carbons for supercapacitor

► For N-enriched hybrid carbon electrodes, polyaniline/melamine composites were used. ► Porous and layered graphitic carbons were obtained with increasing melamine content. ► Hybrid carbon electrodes showed excellent specific capacitance values (218 F/g). ► It was attributed to the easy ion transfer and pseudocapacitance of hybrid carbons.
