Abstract
⺠A novel aptasensor was developed for the detection of Chloramphenicol. ⺠The strategy based on target-induced strand release was employed. ⺠The fabricated biosensor was proved to be practical, simple and sensitive. ⺠This method was successfully applied to detect Chloramphenicol in real honey samples.
