Abstract
► A novel aptasensor was developed for the detection of Chloramphenicol. ► The strategy based on target-induced strand release was employed. ► The fabricated biosensor was proved to be practical, simple and sensitive. ► This method was successfully applied to detect Chloramphenicol in real honey samples.
