Abstract
⺠A sensitive immunosensor based on the enhanced ECL of peroxydisulfate was developed. ⺠Nano-Au-ERGO composite was prepared through a two-step electroreduction. ⺠Nano-Au-ERGO composite was first applied to enhance the peroxydisulfate ECL intensity. ⺠Provide an ECL immunosensing platform for ultrasensitive protein detection.
