Abstract
⺠Electron hopping in TiO2 nanoparticle film assembly is treated quantitatively. ⺠Transient chronoamperometry measurements at gold-gold junctions are performed. ⺠A numerical simulation tool is employed and inter-particle electron hopping dissected. ⺠Sensor applications are suggested based on inter-particle space effects.
