Abstract
⺠Chitosan modified graphene (CMG) electrodes were made and characterized systematically. ⺠CMG platform exhibited a stable and sensitive performance. ⺠CMG platform easily distinguished the complementary and non-complementary DNA. ⺠Potential platform for a rapid analysis of DNA mutations to identify diseases at an early stage.
