Abstract
⺠The biosensor behaviour utilising parallel substrates conversion is analysed. ⺠Mathematical model of the mentioned biosensor is presented in this paper. ⺠Calibration curve length is proportional to the concentration of the first substrate. ⺠Response and sensitivity are influenced by the predomination of the enzyme kinetics. ⺠Complex behaviour was observed at a large ratio of the catalase and peroxidase.
