Abstract
► A new glucose biosensor was fabricated by using Chit-MWCNTs and AuNRs to immobilize GOD. ► The direct electron transfer of GOD was obtained easily based on the composite membrane. ► The immobilized GOD can electrocatalyze the oxidation of glucose. ► The Chit-MWCNTs/GOD/AuNRs/GE proved to be sensitive, stable, and reproducible glucose biosensor.
