Abstract
► CV showed very stable response for SAM electrode towards the Epi redox. ► SAM electrode showed excellent anti-fouling property against redox products. ► The current of Epi on the SAM electrode was 1.85 times greater than that on the bare. ► The proposed method is simple, capable and rapid. ► Results revealed that no interference could be observed for up to 1.4 × 10−4 M of AA.
