Abstract
⺠This paper describes simple procedure for the fabrication of PMOCPE. ⺠CPE modified with PMO was of high sensitive and selective in determining L-dopa. ⺠Proposed electrode showed good reproducibility, stability and low detection limit. ⺠PMOCPE was applied for discrimination of AA and UA in presence of L-dopa. ⺠PMOCPE was very useful in determining L-dopa in pharmaceutical preparation.
