Abstract
► A sensitive methotrexate sensor based on GNPs modified GCE is developed. ► Electrochemical properties of methotrexate were investigated. ► The voltammetric sensor significantly improves the oxidation signal of methotrexate. ► Moreover, the proposed sensor has a long-term stability.
