Abstract
⺠Rotating bilayer Prussian blue and glucose oxidase modified electrode was developed. ⺠Electrode response to glucose depends on its rotation speed. ⺠Electrode response was analyzed using enzyme kinetics and Koutecky-Levich equation. ⺠The apparent Michaelis constant depends on electrode rotation speed.
