Abstract
⺠The equation is proposed to describe the behavior of localized state in a box with symmetric double well potential. ⺠The approach is presented to calculate the reaction rate as a function of time and its equilibrium value. ⺠The prospects of this approach are considered for the particle coupled with a bath of classical or quantum oscillators.
