Abstract
► Co-polymer of pyrrole and ferrocenecarboxylate modified pyrrole (P(Py-FcPy)) for mediator less biosensing. ► Presence of ferrocene moiety ensure the redox activity in P(Py-FcPy) for faster electron shuttling. ► Using P(Py-FcPy), high sensitivity of 19.21 μA mM−1 for glucose detection has been achieved.
